Getting started

Your hosting essentials.

Use the login details supplied when your hosting is activated. These guides cover cPanel-based accounts; available tools may differ by package.

01 · Control panel

Access your hosting account.

Manage your website files, domains, databases, and email through your hosting control panel.

  1. Find the activation email containing your account login address and username.
  2. Open the supplied secure link. For a connected domain, the usual cPanel address is https://yourdomain.com:2083.
  3. Sign in with your hosting credentials and complete two-factor authentication if enabled.
  4. Save the original login address for future use.

If your domain is not connected yet, use the server hostname from your activation details. Ask support to verify the address if you see a certificate warning.

02 · Business email

Open your inbox anywhere.

Use webmail to send and receive email from a browser.

  1. Open your supplied webmail link. For cPanel email, this is commonly https://yourdomain.com:2096.
  2. Enter your full email address and that mailbox’s password.
  3. Choose the available mail application, such as Roundcube, if prompted.
  4. Sign out after using a shared device.

From cPanel, you can also choose Email Accounts → Check Email. If your email uses another provider, use its login address instead.

Everyday help

Manage your website and email.

Create a business mailbox

In cPanel, open Email Accounts and choose Create. Select your domain, enter the mailbox name, and set a strong password and storage allowance. After creation, test sending and receiving email.

Connect Outlook, Apple Mail, or your phone

Use Email Accounts → Connect Devices to find the exact settings for your mailbox. Use your full email address as the username and the mailbox password. Follow the displayed SSL/TLS settings; common secure ports are 993 for IMAP and 465 for SMTP.

Upload a website

Back up existing files, then open File Manager. The main domain commonly uses public_html; confirm the document root for other domains. Place index.html or index.php directly in the correct folder. Database applications also need their database and configuration.

Recover account access

Check whether you are signing in to cPanel or webmail: they use different usernames and may have different passwords. Use an available password-reset option, or contact support from your registered email address. Never include your password in a support request.

A new domain is not opening

Verify that the domain uses the supplied DNS records or nameservers and that hosting is active. Cached DNS records may take time to update. If an existing email service is in use, check with support before changing its DNS settings.

An inbox is full or mail is missing

Review mailbox and total account storage, then check filters, spam folders, and any delivery error messages. Contact support with the affected address, approximate time, and error text, without sharing passwords.

Keep your website and email secure

Use unique passwords, enable two-factor authentication where available, and keep your website software updated. Save a backup before major changes. If you suspect spam, phishing, or unauthorized account activity, contact support promptly.

Frequently asked questions

Hosting, explained.

What does each hosting plan include?

Every plan has disk space, a monthly data-transfer allowance, FTP access, email boxes, one domain for the first year, and a basic SSL certificate. The comparison table lists the database, backup, and support allowances for each package.

Can I move an existing website and email?

Yes. Contact FeedBack with your current setup, website size, email requirements, and preferred timing so our team can coordinate the migration.

Which package should I choose?

Choose Small for a personal site or portfolio, Medium for a small business or lightweight store, and Large or Pro when you need more storage, transfer, mailboxes, and databases. We can help you compare your requirements.

How does the included domain work?

Each hosting plan includes one domain for the first year. Our team confirms eligible extensions, registration details, and the renewal price before you order. An initial domain check does not reserve the name.

How do I place an order?

Choose a package and billing period, then send your inquiry by email or WhatsApp. FeedBack confirms your domain, pricing, and setup requirements before activation.

How can I get support?

Use the support page to prepare an email, or contact us by telephone or WhatsApp. Our Cairo office is open Sunday–Thursday, 09:00–16:00. Support priority depends on your package.
